K R Chandrasekharan - Director & Chief Finance Officer
A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in IT, Engineering and Finance industries. He has held senior positions in reputed groups such as Tata, TVS and HCL.
Maqbool Hassan – Executive Vice President & Head, Operations
An Electronics Engineer with over 24 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career at HCL before co-founding Accel in 1991. At Accel, he has held senior positions in Sales & Marketing, Logistics and Order Fulfillment.
S Mitra - Vice President & Head, Technical Support Group
An Electrical Engineering Graduate from IIT, Kharagpur with nearly 27 years experience. He began his career with IBM WTC, India, which was followed by a 14-year long stint with HCL in customer support. He joined Accel in 1997 to head its Office Automation division, and was subsequently President of Accel Transmatic Systems’ Customer Support Division.
Jayesh Ahluwalia - Senior Vice President
Mr. Jayesh Ahluwalia has over 22 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service in the IT industry. After working in PCL and Fujitsu ICIM before AFL, he has extensive knowledge of the telecom domain and was the country manager for telecom solutions in AFL before taking up additional responsibilities to head the Sales and Operations of the North and West regions.
Mr. R. Lakshmipathi is the Vice President – Quality at Accel Frontline Limited.
He is a B.SC; B.Tech from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai. Besides, Mr. Lakshmipathi is also a Certified QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2008), PMP®, CSQA ®, Six Sigma Green Belt & ITIL ® certified professional.
At Accel, he has held key positions across a range of verticals including Service Management, Human Resources, Logistics, Purchase, and Production. He headed the Human Resources department for the entire Accel Group before moving to the Enterprise Software Solutions (ESS) Division recently. Lakshmipathi is currently responsible for the operations of Accel Frontline Global IT Services’ ESS Division where he handles Quality Management, Human Resources and the Commercial & Administrative functions for the division’s Chennai, Noida & Japan operations.
Mr. Lakshmipathi started his IT career in HCL and worked there for a period of 7 years. While there, he headed the support services for the company’s South West Region. In 1990, he served as Regional Manager (South) at Electronics Trade & Technology Corporation, under the Government of India. He subsequently joined the Accel Group in 1992 as Regional Manager.
An expert in creating and cultivating a culture of quality in IT education and development among youngsters, Mr. Lakshmipathi gives lectures to budding Engineers in several Engineering colleges. He gives talks on a variety of subjects including Project Management, Total Quality Management and also on leading process models like ISO, CMMI and ITIL Framework. In addition he handles regular in - house training in all the above areas for Accel Frontline Limited.
Birendra Sasmal - President & Head, Telecom Solutions Group
He obtained his Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication engineering from the Madras University and fellow alumni of IIMC. Biren possess rich experience in IT/Telecom industries.
Prior to his current position he has played strategy consultancy role for various companies. He also played a leadership role for companies like Patni, CSC and Alliance Consulting, where he drove Business
Development, capacity growth, delivery and process initiatives, proactively nurtured key alliances and leveraged business partnerships.
M. Ramesan – Vice President
An Electronics Engineering graduate with 28 years of experience in IT field. Joined Accel in 1995 as General Manager in Coimbatore. Before joining Accel was working with HCL Info systems as Regional Manager- Customer Support. Held various positions in Accel such as VP- Purchase & Logistics, VP - HR & Administration. Mr. M Ramesan is a hands-on IT services professional with experience in multiple corporate functions.
S K Padmakumar - Vice President & Head, Managed Services Group
After his B.Tech from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, he has joined HCL and later moved to Onward Technologies before joining Accel Group. After a major stint in the US with group company Accel Systems Group Inc, he moved back to Chennai to head application hosting and managed services business. An IT Services professional with more than 20 years of experience in the domain.
P. Manoharan - Vice President, Banking Solutions Group
Manoharan graduated in Commerce and post graduated in Personnel Management & IR, both from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has 28 years of Successful experience with 17 years in Banking Domain and 11+ years in Information Technology Companies primarily focused on Banking. He is heading the Banking solutions group since January 2007. He is a seasoned techno banker with a proven domain expertise in Retail & Corporate Banking and managing Complex Banking Projects including design, development and deployment. Managed Complex Projects across different countries in Asia, Africa and Middle east and ensured 100% success in all the projects.
Ravi S Madhavan – Assistant Vice President, RIM Services
A B.E graduate from Bharathidasan University with over 19 years of experience in IT industry, handling Global customers & IT Infrastructure Operations. After his long stint in the Middle east, he moved to the US and was with Webex for over 5 years. Moving back to India, he has held key positions in Genpact & Microland prior to joining Accel Group. Ravi is a trained and seasoned ITSM & Six Sigma professional with huge experience IT outsourcing, IT Technology Operations including Remote Infrastructure management. He is heading the International IMS division, Global Service Delivery & Operations
A P Parigi - Independent Director
Amba Preetham Parigi, Independent Director, 62 years, joined Accel Frontline Limited's board on 29th September 2011. He has 35 years of experience spanning across several sectors including telecommunications and Media & Entertainment. He serves on the Boards of several Times of India Group companies including Times Innovative Media Limited (out-of-home), Times Internet Limited (internet), Times Now (television), and WorldWide Media (a joint venture with the BBC). Mr. Parigi has held a number of key positions including that of the CEO of BPL Mobile Communications (a joint venture with France Telecom), Mumbai and MD & Group CEO - India operations, Eros International Media Limited. Mr Parigi is Member, The Oxford University, Said Business School, Business Advisory Council since June 2010. In July 2010, he was elected to the Advisory Board, Fordhan Graduate Business School, New York. Mr Parigi is an alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics and Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
Haresh Ahuja - General Manager, Middle East Operations
Electronic engineer with over 34 years of experience in multi-time zone IT support, Software, Manufacturing and Sales. Well experienced in building relationship with principal vendors and ability to negotiate and transact business with multi-cultural and diversified customers with his main forte being providing total solution stack. Some of his initiatives include providing “Business-in-a-Box” solutions approach – the complete solution stack; that cuts down implementation time drastically. He is key member of OAUG ME chapter.
S V Prasad – Senior Vice President & Head, Japan Operations
A M.Tech from IISc Bangalore with more than 25 years of experience in IT industry. He began his career with one of the HCL group companies in the office automation division and later headed the HCL Picker Limited’s software division before moving to Network Programs, currently subsidiary company of AFL. In the year 2000 moved to Network Programs Japan as the engineering head and for the past two years he is heading the Japan Operations.
Mr. Philip John - President, Accel Frontline Limited, Accel Group’s flagship company, as well as a whole time director on the board of Accel Transmatic Limited.
Mr. John holds an M.Tech from IIT, Chennai and has over 34 years of experience in technology development and management. He handles the Technology Software Services and Business Software Services of Accel Frontline Technologies and is responsible for the turn-over and profitability of the software services group.
Mr. John is also a bold entrepreneur who in the year 2000 co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Ushus Technologies Pvt. Limited, which merged with Accel Transmatic Limited, an Accel Group company in 2005. Mr. John is an expert in establishing partnerships with overseas clients and had earlier successfully guided the Technologies Division of Accel Transmatic Ltd. to do business with Fortune 500 companies world over.
Before the year 2000, he was the President & Chief Operating Officer of NeST, a CMM Level 5 company in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram.
At Accel Frontline’s Technology Software Services Division, Mr. John’s focus is on the development of Embedded Systems and Software Technology for use in the Automotive, Telecom and Consumer Electronics segments.
Besides managing a team of around 450 software engineers, Mr. John oversees sales offices in the United States and Japan. He is also responsible for building and maintaining a rapport with key clients and partners in the United States, Japan and Israel.
Mr. John has interests in literature and the research of management books. He served as vice-chairman of the IEEE Kerala section in 2004.
Ms. Latha Rao - General Manager Human Resources at Accel Frontline Limited.
She holds an MBA and a Post Graduate (Hons) Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work.
Ms. Rao is a veteran Human Resources expert who has an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of HR Management practices like Training and Development, formulating and conducting Training Programs in Soft Skills & Functional areas, Policy Formulation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Statutory compliance, Employee Welfare, Performance and Competency Management Systems, Culture and Organizational Development. She is also skilled at aligning HR sub-systems with organizational strategy and business processes.
An expert on talent management and training techniques, she previously served in, Human Resources at Citibank for 5 years, subsequently she held the position of Manager at the Corporate Office of Global Trust Bank for 7 years. She has also worked as Chief Human Resource Officer at Mobius Knowledge Services for a year and as Location Head – Human Resources & Training at Virtusa India Private Limited, Chennai.
Ms. Rao is also an accomplished corporate trainer and mentor who handles training seminars on the development of Leadership Skills and Soft Skills at educational institutions and corporates. She is also interested in the research of management books and in painting. |
